MVCS Independent Living Services (ILS) serves the participating clients (consumers) with developmental disabilities so they may participate fully in the life of their community. The participants need to be first approved for service by the regional center. Our ILS program will improve the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities by supporting them to reach their full potential through individualized, tailored training.
Our Coordinated Family Support (CFS) serves the participating clients (consumers) with developmental disabilities who reside in the family home. Via its CFS program, MVCS ensures that the consumers and their families are offered pertinent services which are tailored to their unique needs while respecting the language, ethnicity, and culture of the family home. An important aspect of CFS is to ensure that all consumers receive equitable access to coordinating and scheduling services. Participants are approved by the regional center.
