MVCS was started by a local husband and wife with a long history of providing care to the community and a strong background and passion for facilitating a successful path forward for those who need a helping hand.

We support intellectually disadvantaged individuals who have been approved by the regional center to receive our care. MVCS' work is based on the IPP (individual program plan) of each service recipient and sets goals for the care team as the work gets underway.
